Inspired by Charmaine’s passion and vision after meeting her at an event, he quickly became a valuable and loyal member of the team, now for seven years strong. David’s talents are many, but of particular mention: his patient and meticulous attention to detail, his masterful market trend research and data analysis skills, and his dedication to exceeding sales and marketing goals.
Straight out of her communications program, Ashton acquired valuable firsthand editorial experience in both print and online media.
Leveraging her media expertise and a passion for communications, she joined a lifestyle public relations agency as a social media strategist. In 2015, Ashton joined Charmaine’s team as a Public Relations and Digital Content Manager. Ashton works hand-in-hand with clients to develop a strategic media and digital presence, ultimately driving sales and engaging target audiences.
Karly is a marketing and PR professional with over 9 years of experience in corporate, government, not-for-profit, and agency settings; managing campaigns to increase media exposure, develop positive brand reputation, build strategic partnerships, and increase overall visitation to beautiful destinations.
A bilingual Quebec native, Stephanie is one of Reach Global Marketing’s promotions and activations experts.
She began her career at CTV in Montreal, where she worked closely with producers writing, editing, conceptualizing, and producing promotional clips. On the marketing and communications side, Stephanie has worked in a variety of sectors, including corporate, automotive, travel, hospitality, and hotel. She has extraordinary media relationships in both the French and English submarkets, has managed large budget experiential campaigns and activations, and managed various social media accounts for high revenue clients.
From innovative marketing to sales and promotions to large-scale events and everything under the communications umbrella, Blair has applied his enthusiasm and business savvy to the tourism, hospitality, hotel, media, fashion, and non-profit sector.

Katie Dubin is a communications and public relations professional with over 7 years of experience serving various industries including consumer products and services, lifestyle, hospitality and non-profit organizations.
She completed an Honours degree in Communications atYork University and a post-secondary degree in Public Relations at CentennialCollege. Her background enables her to effectively write and pitch content for clients and contribute to results-driven marketing and communications strategies. Outside of the office you can find Katie exploring the city with her two daughters and her Schnoodle named Cashew!

A strategic leader, he is often a speaker at industry events and has a reputation amongst clients for expanding portfolios, exceeding sales targets, and achieving record-breaking results. Kosta’s commitment to the Canadian market is unwavering – he has direct knowledge of both the French and English submarkets and can work seamlessly from Toronto or Montreal, with a home based in both cities.
Melanie has a long history of communications experience that includes luxury, travel, hospitality, hotel, attractions, film, and entertainment.

Anne-Marie has a wealth of controller experience in agency, food and beverage, hospitality, events, and travel.
At Reach Global Marketing, Anne-Marie handles accounting, benefits, payroll, and accounts receivable and payable. Anne-Marie is an early member of Charmaine’s team, and has provided financial support since it’s inception.
Part of Charmaine’s executive team from the beginning, Karyn manages Reach Global Marketing’s finances and cash flow.
With a BBA, an MBA, and a CA from the Schulich School of Business at York, Karyn has financial leadership experience working in agency, hospitality, food and beverage, events, energy, and travel.
Joining the ReachGlobal team as a PR Intern, Candice brings a unique perspective to the team asa recent graduate of Western University’s Media Information & Technoculture and Visual Art History program.

As a recent Ryerson University Law and Business graduate, Iliana brings a fresh approach to her role as MarketingIntern at Reach Global.
She has always had a passion and unique ability to research, strategize and systematize business operations as well as proficiency for attention to details.
